The layers are really confusing

Or ZDM, you can use chrome canvas (you are on chrome book, right?) But idk if there is layers, I think you can get microsoft paint bc it's just a drawing app and nothing more but um yeah (they have layers that can be moved around so u can have FULL flexibility)

You should look at the kind of layers they have// each layer should be blank so when, for example, your drawing an outline of a character and you want to color it in without overlapping the layers you add a layer and move it underneath the layer with the outline, and once its under the layer it does not cover your out line. ok, I thought users needed as new layer the duplicate version of the last layer ? when you color a drawing for example ? you want as new layer an empty one each time ? can you explain it here ?
